Brad is responsible for safety leadership and strategy at Neptune, with a strong focus on risk reduction. He has a background in oil and gas and power generation, where he has worked in diverse areas including capital projects, operations and maintenance, health and safety, and environment. Prior to joining Neptune, he spent nine years with The Mosaic Company in Saskatchewan. Brad, his wife and three boys live on the North Shore and love the opportunities for mountain biking, snowboarding and other outdoor sports. As frequent users of the local trails, they have volunteered on trail building and maintenance projects through the North Shore Mountain Biking Association.
