Day-to-day, Jeff handles all aspects of shareholder and customer service activities and coordinates logistics planning to successfully ship the Canadian steelmaking coal and potash that moves through Neptune. He grew up on the North Shore and is one of our longest-serving employees, having started his career at the terminal in 1988. Jeff can often be found speaking to groups of students, or leading community members on tours of the terminal. One of his strongest memories at Neptune is when the waterfront industry came together to rebuild the Novaco Daycare in Norgate after it burned down in 2013.
