Amanda joined Neptune as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in March 2024. Prior to joining Neptune, Amanda was the Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary at The North West Company Inc., the Vice President and General Counsel (North America) at Trimac Transportation Ltd., and she also worked at two top-tier Canadian-based international business law firms.

Amanda obtained a BA (Political Science) from The University of Calgary and a JD (Law) from The University of British Columbia. Amanda has experience in a variety of industries such as transportation & logistics, financial services, insurance, oil & gas and retail, and she is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario.

Amanda is a proud resident of the North Shore. When she is not at the office, Amanda can be found exploring the many local trails and beaches with her dog Andi, playing tennis or enjoying one of the many great restaurants in and around North Vancouver.
