Megan joined Neptune as President in 2023, bringing to the company 27 years of experience in progressively senior roles at terminals in the Port of Vancouver. Prior to joining Neptune, she was President of Fibreco Export Inc. for several years. She is the Co-Chair of the Waterfront Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, a role that is particularly important to her as a woman who has advanced her career in an industry where women count for only 10 per cent of the workforce.

Outside of work, Megan is a two-time living organ donor and a vocal advocate for organ donation. She’s also a fitness enthusiast, recreational soccer player and long-time Vancouver Canucks fan. Megan’s connection to the North Shore began as a child; she attended Boundary Elementary, and later West Vancouver High and Capilano University, where she played for the Blues basketball team.
