Sandy joined Neptune in July 2025, where she is responsible for the governance and financial oversight of the company’s capital investment portfolio. She leads multi-year capital planning, budgeting, AFE governance, cost control, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.

With nearly 20 years of experience, she has supported capital finance in renewable energy, marine terminals, and large-scale infrastructure development. She is known for her disciplined approach to capital stewardship, strong financial governance, and collaborative leadership style.

Since 2022, Sandy has served as a Board Director and Finance Committee Member for Enhance West Van, supporting community-focused initiatives. A long-time resident, Sandy appreciates raising her boys on the North Shore with her husband, and enjoys biking to Dundarave from her home.
