North Shore Restaurants and Neptune Partner to say “Thanks”
Support for small and local businesses has never been more important than now, and we are continuing to prioritize purchasing goods and services from North Shore-based businesses. One win-win idea that we are especially proud of is partnering with two of the companies who regularly cater Neptune’s meetings and events—S’wich Café and Smoke & Bones—to deliver meals and say thank you to healthcare, City and District of North Vancouver frontline workers.
We hope to continue this program in the coming weeks to support other essential workers in our community. Erik Juárez, Owner & Chef at S’wich says: “We are so grateful to be a part of the North Vancouver business community. Neptune Terminals has and continues to be a front runner in community contributions. When we first opened our doors 10 years ago, Neptune was one of our first catering customers. The running joke used to be “Neptune is keeping the lights on”. They say that there’s a little bit of truth in every joke. In this case there’s a lot of truth! We are firmly rooted in this community and we have Neptune to thank for that.”
