Leadership and Community Engagement as Vice President of Operations at Neptune Terminals

Dave Foy has worked at Neptune for 21 years. He began as a foreman, then superintendent and most recently operations manager. With his organizational knowledge and passion for his work, it was a natural fit for Dave to become Neptune’s next Vice President, Operations. In his new role, Dave will oversee the team responsible for the safe and efficient movement of bulk cargo through the terminal while adhering to Neptune’s high standards for the community and environment. Having worked his way up through various levels at Neptune, Dave’s operational knowledge is unsurpassed.
“I am so proud to be in this leadership role at Neptune,” Dave says. “I have lived on the North Shore for years, and my kids have grown up playing sports supported by our company—it’s a proud moment to have risen through the ranks and to have the opportunity to use all my skills to benefit Neptune and our community. I am also particularly thrilled with the team that is in place. We are going to continue to build on our track record of operational excellence.”
Dave is an active part of Neptune’s corporate culture, participating in the United Way and Movember campaigns. He loves showing off the terminal and looks forward to more community tours this spring.
