Neptune lowers safety alarm volume to minimize impact on neighbours

In response to a recent call from one of our neighbours, our team investigated and learned that the start-up alarm on one of our new conveyors was operating at a higher-than-intended volume. The alarm is meant to keep employees safe, but it should not be heard in the community or be a nuisance to our neighbours.
We have turned the volume down and pointed the alarm away from the community so that this won’t happen again in the future. Thanks to those who called in.
